It wouldn’t be a whiskey festival without some delicious, lip smacking’ good BBQ! Chef BJ Smith’s, Smokehouse 21 rubs and smokes a variety of barbecued fish, fowl, pig, lamb and cow, and their home-made sauces and sides are to die for. All meat and vegetables are sourced from local butchers and farmers, and the sandwich buns even come from Ken’s Artisan Bakery, right here in Portland.
